  • How do I pay for my order

For convenience of purchase, we currently offer 2 payment channels, namely debit or credit card payment and cash on delivery

Why cannot make payment with my debit card?

If your debit or credit card cannot be paid for your online order, we advise you to contact the cardholder bank to check and activate the card as some banks require prior be notified service activation for online purchases so it is active.

  • When would I receive my refund?

We would refund you through the payment channel you made after you received the confirmation email.

  1. Credit or Debit Card - The refund would be returned to the card that you paid for the product within 7-14 business days from the refund confirmation email dated. Which amount will be refunded to the next billing cycle, however, depending on the due and the refund policy of the bank/cardholder company. Please further check with the cardholder bank.

  2. Cash On Delivery (COD) - We will send the discount code by your email to claim the discount for your next shopping on within 7-14 business days from the refund confirmation email date.


  • In the case of refunds via credit card, if the refund is not received by 2 billing cycles, please kindly contact the bank/cardholder’s company for help.

  • Any fees that the bank charges may change according to the bank’s policy. The company reserves the right to change without prior notice.
