Return policy
Product may be returned within 14 days from the day you received the product.
Note: Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are included in the returnable period.
Only products purchased online at www.jellybunny.com are eligible for return if they meet the following criteria:
Faulty or defective products, or items damaged during shipping.
Incorrect items shipped - All End Of Season (EOS) Items, Online credit or credit voucher and accessories cannot be returned.
Each order is eligible for one time return request, with no restrictions on the quantity of items that can be returned.
All items must be in perfect condition, unused with original tags. - Delivery costs and any other expenses besides the product cost are not refundable.
If a product does not meet the conditions of this Return and Exchange policy, it will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your cost.
We recommended all returns to be sent via a method that allows tracking. Jelly bunny will not be responsible for the loss or delay of any returned items.

Exchange through Jelly Bunny Stores
1. Bring the product in perfect condition, following the product return conditions, along with the online purchase documentation, and contact a Jelly bunny's counter within 14 days from the day you received the product.
2. Store employees will inspect the condition of the product to ensure it meets the exchange conditions.
3. Once the in-store exchange is approved by the staff, you can choose the product you wish to exchange, in accordance with the detailed conditions as follows:

You have the ability to do so at no extra cost. However, this is contingent on the quantity of products available at each store branch. Please verify the product quantity before proceeding. |
Prefer to exchange product with difference style or color |
You can do this based on the in-store selling price at that time.- If the in-store selling price at that time is higher than the online order total, you will be required to pay the additional difference.- If the in-store selling price at that time is lower, the company reserves the right to not refund the price difference in any case. |
